The colonial style architecture next to the Harbor View Hill Park known as the "Twenty Hill" was built in 1937. It was used as a residence for the British Consul-General until late 1960's. It was fully restored in 2002 and opened to the public as concert hall and meeting rooms for conference etc, by the City of Yokohama.
