Foreign residence built at 45 Yamate of materials used from houses which survived the Kanto Earthquake of 1923.
After World War II it was used as home to the priests of the Scared Heart Cathedral (Yamate Catholic Church) until it was dismantled and reconstructed at the Italian Hill Garden in Yamate.
